Item condition is listed on the website and if not listed will be shipped in new, unopened/unused condition.
TPC Jax will make every effort to ensure that the items are well packed to arrive in the same condition as when it is shipped.
Items damaged in transit will need to be noted with the carrier and a claim will need to be filed with them to cover any loss due to damage in transit if accepted. If a package arrives heavily damaged, do not accept and send back to TPC Jax. We will inspect and resend or replace as necessary.
Exchanges and refunds are granted at the discretion of TPC Jax, and any reasonable request will be approved. Any sealed product that has been opened is no longer eligible for return.
